Highlights

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a proposed rule to approve revisions to the Utah Division of Administrative Rules. The revisions include, but are not limited to, 

  • updates to the General Requirements, Permits, and Emissions Inventory rules; and
  • approving changes to various permit rules. 

Written comments can be sent on or before 1 August 2022.
