Highlights
 

The Legislature of the State of Utah has published a Bill to:

  • address secondary water metering
  • impose requirements related to metering pressurized secondary water
  • provide for penalties for failure to comply with metering requirements
  • outline exemptions to the requirements
  • provide for grants to fund metering of certain pressurized secondary water services
  • allow for water conservation grants under certain circumstances
  • address rulemaking authority and
  • make technical changes.
