Highlights

The Railroad Commission of Texas has published a Notice to adopt the amendments under the Natural Resources Code and Texas Natural Resources Code to:

  • outline that all appurtenances and equipment placed into LP-gas service must be listed by a nationally recognized testing laboratory, subject to exceptions
  • specify the requirements for stationary LP-gas installations and
  • outline a list of requirements that fencing at LP-gas installations must comply with.
