Highlights
 

The City Council of the City of Rohnert Park has published an Ordinance amending the municipal code to:

  • outline information on prohibited accumulation and disposal of waste
  • provide information on solid waste collection service
  • outline requirements for commercial generators
  • detail requirements for containers in which solid waste is transported
  • provide information on the contract for collection and disposal
  • state-authorized collector requirements
  • provide that waivers for commercial businesses apply and
  • detail information on inspections.
