Highlights
The City Council of the City of Rohnert Park has published an Ordinance amending the municipal code to:
- outline information on prohibited accumulation and disposal of waste
- provide information on solid waste collection service
- outline requirements for commercial generators
- detail requirements for containers in which solid waste is transported
- provide information on the contract for collection and disposal
- state-authorized collector requirements
- provide that waivers for commercial businesses apply and
- detail information on inspections.
