Highlights
The Environmental Protection Agency has published a Notice regarding revisions to the definition of solid waste under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) to:
- propose an extension of the information collection request for an additional 30 days
- clarify that an agency may not conduct or sponsor and
- provide a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget control number.
The public may submit comments on or before 28 February 2022, referencing Docket ID No. EPA–HQ– OLEM–2018–0013, by:
