Extension of comment period concerning the Revisions and Confidentiality Determinations for Data Elements Under the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule

Highlights

The Environmental Protection Agency has issued a Proposed Rule under the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule, to:
  • extend the comment period of the Rule from August 22, 2022 to October 6, 2022 and
  • notify the public that Docket center operations hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday (except Federal Holidays)

Invite the public to submit comments and identify Docket ID No. EPA-HQ-OAR-2019-0424 in any of the following ways:

Online      -            Through the Federal eRulemaking Portal http://www.regulations.gov

Via Mail   -           To The Environmental Protection Agency, EPA Docket Center,

                              Office of Air and Radiation Docket, Mail Code 28221T, 1200

                              Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20460

Hand Delivery -    EPA Docket Center, WJC West Building, Room 3334, 1301
