The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has published a Notice to:

  • extend the comment period on the proposed rule on Improve Tracking of Workplace Injuries and Illnesses for an additional 30 days and
  • outline the instructions for making electronic submissions.
  • Interested persons are invited to submit comments, identified as Docket No. OSHA–2021–0006, on or before 30 June 2022 through the Federal eRulemaking Portal at https://www.regulations.gov/.
