Highlights

The Environmental Protection Agency has published a Notice on the draft revision to the Toxic Substances Control Act to:

  • supersede the condition of use-specific no unreasonable risk determinations in the 1-Bromopropane (1-BP) risk determination and
  • outline the determination of an unreasonable risk for 1-BP as a whole chemical substance.

Interested persons may submit comments, identified by docket identification (ID) number EPA–EPA–HQ–OPPT–2016–0741, by 19 August 2022, at https://www.regulations.gov
