Highlights

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued a Notice under the Federal Register to:

  • provide a summary and explanation of the proposed revisions to the powered industrial trucks standards
  • detail procedural developments
  • allow employers to use powered industrial trucks not constructed according to the national consensus standards if the truck used provides effective employee protection and
  • invite the public to submit comments at https://www.regulations.gov that include the agency's name and docket number.
