Highlights

The Environmental Protection Agency has issued a notice under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) to:

  • inform the public of the intention to submit information on toxic chemical release reporting 
  • identify the report by ICR No. 2613.04 and OMB Control No. 2070–0212
  • provide that this ICR is a revision to an existing ICR that is scheduled to expire on March 31, 2024
  • confirm that EPA is soliciting comments on specific aspects of the proposed information collection 
  • require the public to submit comments before January 14, 2022
  • provide the docket identification (ID) number and
  • confirm that access to the EPA Docket Center (EPA/DC) is by appointment only.
