County of Monterey: Ordinance 5370 (Adds Chapter 10.45 relating to organic waste disposal reduction)

Highlights

The County of Monterey, State of California has published an Ordinance under the Monterey County Code to:

  • state requirements for single-family generators and commercial businesses
  • provide that waivers for generators exist
  • outline requirements for commercial edible food generator
  • state requirements for food recovery organisation and services
  • state requirements for haulers, self-haulers and facility operators and
  • detail information on investigations and inspections.
