City of Santa Ana Code- Water Conservation

Highlights

The City Council of the City of Santa Ana has published an Ordinance amending the Santa Ana Municipal Code to: 

  • outline the procedures for determination of water supply shortage and level implementation
  • clarify that the City will communicate with all relevant stakeholders about the effective date of the water shortage response actions
  • outline a list of water conservation requirements
  • provide information on the water supply shortage levels
  • waive the requirement for persons to comply with the provisions if it creates undue hardship and
  • impose penalties for non-compliance with the provisions.
