City of Paris Ordinance - extending the Mayor's Declaration of Local Disaster

Highlights

The City Council of the City of Paris, Texas has issued an Ordinance to:

  • approve the findings set out in the preamble of this Ordinance
  • extend the Mayor's declaration of a local state of disaster until 25 July 2022
  • confirm that the City's Emergency Management Plan remains activated and
  • suspend all rules and regulations that may prohibit prompt response to this threat.
