Highlights
The City Council of the City of Encinitas has published an Ordinance amending the Encinitas Municipal Code to:
- outline the requirements for single-family residential dwelling occupants, commercial businesses, commercial edible food generators, food recovery organizations, facility operators and self-haulers
- empower authorities to conduct inspections and investigations to ensure compliance with the provisions and
- outline enforcement measures for non-compliance with the provisions.
