The City Council of the City of Brea has published an Ordinance amending the Brea City Code to:

  • outline commercial business and edible food generator requirements
  • provide food recovery organization and food recovery service requirements
  • set out self-hauler and hauler and facility operator requirements
  • set out CalGreen Building Code requirements
  • outline Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance Requirements
  • outline information on waivers and
  • detail inspections and investigations.
