The Department of Energy and Environment has published a Rule to:

  • provide information on the registration of storage tanks
  • outline petroleum storage tank trust fund corrective action reimbursement procedures
  • outline petroleum storage tank trust fund third-party payment procedures
  • provide information on the licensing of storage tanks and
  • provide information on operator training.
