Highlights
The City Council of the City of Aiken has issued an Ordinance amending Chapter 44, Article III of the Aiken City Code to repeal sections 44-174 through 44-191 and in effect replace it with a new article which:
- incorporates modifications to the headings and content of the previous sections dealing with stormwater permits, stormwater design manuals, prohibitions and exemptions, design guidelines, monitoring, and inspections and
- introduces new sections dealing with project closure and maintenance, and the appeal process for the denial or revocation of a stormwater permit.
