Decree 297/2020: Preventative and compulsory social isolation
Highlight:
The City of Buenos Aires has published the Decree 297/2020: Preventative and compulsory social isolation (the "Decree").
The Decree prohibits anyone any person from being outside of their home from 00:00 hours on 20 March 2020, when the measure ordered begins.
They must abstain from going to their workplaces and may not travel on routes, roads and public spaces, in order to prevent the circulation and contagion of the COVID-19 virus and the consequent effect on public health and other rights.
