Ministerial Order of March 16, 2020 on various measures to control the spread of the COVID-19 virus

The Minister of Health has published the Ministerial Order of March 16, 2020 on various measures to control the spread of the COVID-19 virus (the "Order")
The Order prohibits anyone outside their home, except for the following journeys:
-indispensable purchases
-between home and work
-financial reasons
-health reasons
-assistance to old persons
-an hour for jogging within a minimum radius of 2m between persons.
