The Prime Minister has published Decree n ° 2020-293 of March 23, 2020 prescribing the general measures necessary to face the epidemic of COVID-19 in the context of the state of health emergency (the "Decree").
The Decree prohibits, until 15 April 2020, any person from leaving their home, except for the following reasons:
-journeys between home and work
-journeys for indispensable purchases
-journeys for purchases relating to work
-journeys for health reasons
-journeys for family reasons
-journeys for an hour for jogging within a maximum radius of 1km of home
-journeys to go to the police station
-journeys for an appointment at the judicial authority
-journeys for general interest work at the request of the administrative authority.
Persons wishing to benefit from one of these exceptions must have, when they travel outside their home, a document enabling them to justify that the trip considered falls within the scope of one of these exceptions
