Highlights

The Environmental Protection Agency has issued a Notice under the Clean Air Act to:

  • set certain emission limitations in operating permits for emergency circumstances
  • harmonize the enforcement and implementation of emission limitations across different CAA programs
  • provide that the Rule applies to federal, state, local and tribal air pollution control agencies that administer title V operating permit programs
  • detail environmental justice considerations
  • provide information on statutory and executive orders reviews and
  • inform the public that the docket materials are available electronically at https://www.regulations.gov/.
